The Latest College Football Playoff Ranking Is Here. Do You Agree With Number Four?

The latest college football playoff rankings were released late Tuesday night.

The top ten are as follows:

  1. Alabama
  2. Clemson
  3. Notre Dame
  4. Michigan
  5. Georgia
  6. Oklahoma
  7. LSU
  8. Washington State
  9. West Virginia
  10. Ohio State

First off, I don’t think anybody is surprised Alabama has held onto the top spot. They have just been on a dominant streak. (RELATED: The Latest AP College Football Poll Is Here. Number Four Won’t Make SEC Fans Happy)

However, I don’t think SEC fans will be too pumped about Georgia being ranked behind Michigan. I don’t think that will make them too happy at all.

Well, they can just deal with it because Michigan is balling right now, and absolutely deserves to be in the top four. There’s no question about it.

SEC fans can also take it easy because Georgia is by no means out of the race completely. If they win their remaining games and defeat Alabama in the SEC title game, then they’re absolutely in the playoff.

However, as of this moment, Michigan is simply more impressive. They throttled Wisconsin, Michigan State and Penn State. They walked out onto the field and massacred them all.

I really wish I had more to pick at here, but the top four are the same teams I’d put in right now.
