Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is favored to be the first player selected in the 2020 NFL draft.

The top three players, according to odds from the Westgate, are as follows:

  • Tua Tagovailoa: 1/2
  • Justin Herbert: 4/1
  • Jake Fromm: 7/1

I’d be absolute stunned if anybody other than Tua was at the top of the list. Yes, there are a few minor health concerns, but he’s absolutely the best option. (RELATED: August Is Officially The Start Of College Football)

He’s mobile as all hell, he’s got a huge arm, he’s elusive, he can make all the throws and he’s borderline unstoppable when he’s at the top of his game.

There’s no chance a single other quarterback in his draft class is equal to his caliber. They’re just not.

As for Herbert and Fromm, I’m surprised the Oregon quarterback is above the Georgia star. Fromm is a massive sensation under center.

Not only can me make all the throws, but he’s also a traditional style quarterback. Herbert is too, but he just doesn’t seem to pop in my opinion like Fromm does.

If I was an NFL general manager, I’d take the Georgia junior over Herbert, and I wouldn’t even hesitate to do it.

Sound off in the comments with who you’d take. I’m guessing most of you agree with me that it’s Tua and then the field.

The Alabama gunslinger is going to be a star at the next level once he’s done playing for the Crimson Tide.
