The second episode of “SEAL Team” season three looks like it’s going to be awesome.

We got off to a hot start in the season premiereWelcome to the Refuge,” which brought the team to Serbia to hunt for some bad guys. It focused heavily on Jason, and it looks like that won’t change in episode two.

The plot of “Ignore and Override,” according to CBS’s press description, is: “Bravo Team continues their mission in Serbia to track down an organization linked to the bombing of multiple American military outposts, when Jason Hayes’ past returns to haunt him and leaves him contemplating his future.

Judging from the short promo for the episode, Jason is going to be wrestling with some serious demons after surviving the blast at the end of the premiere. (REVIEW: ‘SEAL Team’ Season 3 Starts Strong With Premiere Episode ‘Welcome to the Refuge’)

Give it a watch below. It’ll get fans excited.

I feel like I’ve said this a million times at this point, but I’m going to say it again because it’s so important. CBS and everybody involved with “SEAL Team” should be applauded for how they’ve handled the way the show treats mental health and things off of the battlefield.

Anybody can film a show where stuff just constantly blows up. It’s not hard and it’s not really fulfilling. However, I imagine it’s very difficult to balance that with covering serious issues like PTSD, mental health and losing your best friends in battle.

“SEAL Team” found a way to get the job done, and it looks like we’ll only be taking a further look at Jason’s mental state going forward.

If you’re not already watching “SEAL Team,” then I highly-suggest you do. It’s the best military show on TV, and one of the most entertaining shows I’ve ever seen.

It really makes you think about what happens when the bullets start flying, and some of the most serious battles begin in the minds of our brave warriors.

Tune in Wednesday night, Oct. 9 on CBS to catch “Ignore And Override.” It should be great.
