Shotgunning drinks is becoming a huge thing in the XFL after wins.
In a video posted by the team, players on the DC Defenders shotgunned some Bud Light Selters following their huge 27-0 Saturday win over the New York Guardians. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

I love the fact the XFL is embracing this kind of culture. This is exactly what the fans want to see, and it’s exactly what separates the XFL from the NFL.
The NFL is a bit more buttoned up, it’s more serious and there’s nothing wrong with that. The XFL is just out here posting videos of players smashing drinks after big wins.
That’s the kind of energy we need injected into the XFL.

This also isn’t the first time we’ve seen this in the XFL. The St. Louis BattleHawks did it after their opening weekend win.
