The Lincoln Project, an anti-Trump group advised by George Conway — the husband of President Donald Trump’s counselor Kellyanne Conway, released a new video Monday stating that Trump’s reelection could be the end of America.

The ad, released Monday morning, accuses Trump of having a “failed presidency” that “has left the nation weaker, sicker and teetering on the verge of a new Great Depression.”

“There’s mourning in America.”

At the end of the grim video, a voice warns, “Now, Americans are asking, ‘If we have another four years like this, will there even be an America?'”

George Conway tweeted the video out early Monday morning, captioning his tweet simply, “Mourning in America,” a riff of the famous pro-Ronald Reagan ad “Morning in America.”

Conway has repeatedly gone after Trump and those associated with him in repeated attacks, including calling Nikki Haley the “very essence of disgusting, trashy, and pathetic” and saying that Trump should be “removed” from office. (RELATED: President Trump Rips George Conway: ‘Total Loser!’)

He even directly involved his wife last year, tweeting at her over her comments about impeachment.

The Lincoln Project, also advised by other anti-Trump Republican pundits like Steve Schmidt and Rick Wilson, defines its mission as “Defeat(ing) President Trump and Trumpism at the ballot box.”
