Reality star Jake Paul might be really leaving Los Angeles to focus on his boxing career after he reportedly put up his mansion for sale.

The 23-year-old reality star’s Calabasas 3.5-acre estate is now up for sale for $7 million, real estate sources told TMZ in a piece published Wednesday. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

The place is reportedly 15,045 square feet and contains 8 bedrooms, a theater, wet bar, gym, pool, hot tubs and more. The video he posted in October 2017 on YouTube, after he got the place, shows just what a potential buyer could score.

As previously reported, the YouTube star announced after Christmas that he’s leaving Los Angeles to focus on his boxing career and become the “biggest prizefighter in the world.”  (RELATED: Jake Paul Challenges Conor McGregor To A Boxing Match, Offers Him $50 Million)

“The main reason for this is I’m stepping into a new chapter in my life where I am a legitimate pro fighter,” Paul shared with the TMZ. “And being in Los Angeles there’s so many distractions. There is so much going on.”

He said that if he stays in L.A. he won’t be able to “focus on training,” while noting that he spent “4 months” in Las Vegas ahead of his fight with Nate Robinson.

Jake also talked about “all the madness” and “partying” where he lives and how if he wants to be one of the “biggest prizefighters in the world” he has to make the move.

Sources shared with the outlet, at the time, that the social media star was in Miami and was reportedly eyeing a place to live there.
