Because it was a live sporting event, the final viewership number will be higher.

Is 13.03 million viewers the greatest ratings we’ve ever seen for a “Sunday Night Football” game? No, but it’s more than respectable.

The Packers/49ers game easily crushed the rest of the lineup Sunday night, and the numbers aren’t close at all.

Nothing came within even spitting distance of the ratings put up by Aaron Rodgers and everyone else on the field.

As I always say, when football is rolling, America is rolling. I truly believe that and the ratings from “SNF” are just the latest proof of that fact.

People in the USA love football and they’re tuning in to the action.
