A Mississippi-based TV anchor was taken off air after quoting Snoop Dogg during a broadcast, according to the New York Post.
Barbie Bassett has not returned to the anchor desk at an NBC affiliate channel because she said “fo shizzle my nizzle.” This is apparently a slang version of “for sure my [n-word]” that Snoop Dogg made up.
If you don’t want to hear human beings say the n-word because it’s a relic of racism, stop putting the n-word in songs and rap lyrics that are wildly popular. Stop saying the n-word people!
