BBC host Maryam Moshiri was caught on camera flipping the bird ahead of her noon newscast Wednesday, and footage of the incident is going viral on social media.
“I’m so sorry it went out on air! It was not my intention for this to happen and I’m sorry if I offended or upset anyone. I wasn’t ’flipping the bird’ at viewers or even a person really,” Moshiri tweeted.

“Live from London, this is BBC News,” Moshiri said, introducing her regularly scheduled program, “Prime Minister’s Questions.”
This isn’t satire, an actual BBC News presenter got caught giving the middle finger live.
