A study published in mid-January found that a majority of Americans and Canadians in certain areas have done something to prepare for the apocalypse in the last 12 months. Are you even slightly surprised?

More than 40% of residents in Maine, Nebraska and Arizona, and half of those living in Ontario and British Columbia are prepping for a North American apocalypse by purchasing various goods, according to a study published in mid-January. Most people are stockpiling food, water, fuel, weapons, learning survival skills and more. But an overwhelming majority of residents in other states are totally blind and ignorant to the risks posed by being alive in the modern world.

America is in a massive amount of trouble and very few people want to admit it. As I recently told The First host Jesse Kelly: we don’t make anything the rest of the world wants to buy, except for upcoming seasons of “The Chosen.” We don’t produce most of what we need domestically, we buy it all from other parts of the world. And with the ongoing financial crises from the COVID-19 pandemic and idiot lawmakers post-2008 economic policies, there’s a good chance we won’t be able to buy anything in the coming years.

You all know this. You live here, and unless you’re just that ignorant of reality, you feel like we’re in huge trouble. And there’s nothing your elected officials are going to be able to do to help you, especially if things go really bad.

Most respondents to the study said the most likely apocalypse is a natural disaster, with economic collapse, pandemic and nuclear war close behind. (RELATED: Obamas And Alex Jones Seem To Agree On How The American Empire Ends, According To ‘Leave The World Behind’)

Personally, I feel our biggest threats come from the countless terrorists we’ve let in through our open southern borders, the collapse of the energy grid/cyberattack, a failing food supply chain or possibly a “natural disaster” (which I don’t think would actually be natural). Whatever it is, there’s is an immediate and essential need to prep for a fallen society (even if we pray it doesn’t happen).

I spend all day, every day, analyzing data on these risks. All I pray is that you will finish this article, go out and buy some seedling trays to start your own garden (indoor or outdoor, they both work fine). Get yourself some water purification tablets and iodine. Why not invest in a solar generator if your lifestyle is dependent on electricity? And please, for the love of all things, learn a skill that people actually need. (RELATED: Depopulation Could Hollow Out Thousands Of US Cities In Coming Decades, Study Finds)

A majority of you are not prepared for even the smallest hiccup in our day-to-day lives. And if you think those of us who prepared will help you when the time comes, you’re even more ignorant than I imagined. Unless you have an essential skill for a post-apocalyptic civilization, you become apocalypse food.
