Morgan Wallen seems to have left his fans confused Monday after cancelling a series of shows last minute, only to announce another show at a later date.

Wallen returned to Instagram on Monday after a six-week break to announce a hometown show in Tennessee in September, which he also shared on Twitter. But fans were quick to note that Wallen had just cancelled shows in Florida and North Carolina due to illness, and felt he owed them more than just this one new date, according to The Sun.

“I hate to reschedule shows but I powered through being sick in Tampa last night, and unfortunately woke up feeling way worse today,” Wallen told fans via social media on Friday night, right after performing in Tampa, Florida. ” I would not give you guys anywhere near 100% tonight and as a result, I need to move tonight’s Tampa show to Oct. 4 and next week’s Charlotte shows to Oct. 18 and 19.”

“How are you gonna have more dates if you can’t even keep the ones you had?” asked a social media user, who clearly missed the part where Wallen said he was rescheduling the shows. “Thanks for the last minute notice!! I just threw a chair at the local bar…WTF!!” wrote another user, referencing Wallen’s recent legal troubles.

But it wasn’t all doom and gloom. “I’d much rather go to a concert in October instead of this 100 degree weather,” noted another user. And I couldn’t agree more! (RELATED: Morgan Wallen Makes Insane Historical First During World Tour)

However, it is pretty lame to cancel a show at the last minute. Some fans claimed it was as little as ten minutes before the show was about to start before the news broke. Wallen’s fans are notoriously savage with the singer though. The last time Wallen almost destroyed his singing voice, one of his fans actually tried to sue him for cancelling a concert.
