Stocks were mixed in early Monday trading as investors remained jittery about Europe’s lingering debt problems.
The Dow Jones industrial average (INDU) lost 31 points, or 0.3% in the early going. The S&P 500 index (SPX) and Nasdaq composite (COMP) were little changed.
