Meteorologists: The next winter storm will be a doozy

Even in a winter in which the surreal has been the rule, this forecast has hallucinatory qualities.

It calls for yet another mega-snowstorm, a foot-plus, maybe up to 20 inches, more than enough to make this the snowiest winter on record in Philadelphia history.

“People think this is unusual. It is,” said Paul Kocin, a winter-storm specialist. He is a meteorologist at National Weather Service headquarters, outside snowbound Washington, where white houses are everywhere these days.

    We are DOOMED! DOOMED! Those domestic Al Qaeda cells on the Arizona Indian Reservations have got the Navaho, Hopi, Havasupai tribes all convoked on Big Mesa, doing their hallowed SNOW DANCE, chanting ‘Bury the White Eyes, Bury the White Eyes’. And, obviously, it’s working. And this disruption of Washington, as so many others, is the fault of John McCain (Remember the Keating Five?). Well this time Ol’ John disobeyed Janet Napolitano, the Arizona Ex-Governor, now heading DHS. When she left Arizona, she instructed McCain to ‘Keep a close eye on our Indians, they’re restless again’. And of course perverse old John, he ain’t gon’ take no orders from no woman (‘ceptin’ Cindy, ’cause she’s got the purse strings). So Ol’ John is, once again responsible for not paying attention, and losing yet another campaign. This time to the Indians, and Al Qaeda. And this time, it wasn’t Sarah-the-Simp’s fault! She was down Pom-Poming for the teabaggers.
