As of 10:14 a.m. EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 19.50 points, or 0.19%, to 10382.55, the Standard & Poor’s 500 sank 3.01 points, or 0.27%, to 1106.16 and the Nasdaq Composite lost 4.00 points, or 0.18%, to 2239.90. The FOX 50 dropped 1.31 points, or 0.16%, to 800.49.
The early hesitation still gives the bulls a chance to extend the Dow’s four-day win streak and comes after strong gains overnight in Asia, including a 2.7% surge in Japan’s main stock market.
