To say this driver ruffled a few feathers is an understatement. A Massillon man named Donald Duck has been arrested for drunk driving.
The Massillon Police Department tells Fox 8 News that 51-year-old Donald Norman Duck was taken into custody Saturday, after he allegedly bumped his car into another vehicle at a pizza shop drive-thru on Lincoln Way East.
