Newly-minted porn star Montana Fishburne, the daughter of “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” star Laurence Fishburne, is expected to be charged later this month with assault with a deadly weapon and trespassing, both misdemeanors, stemming from an incident in February, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office confirmed to Access Hollywood.
Montana was already facing two misdemeanor charges – simple battery and false imprisonment – stemming from the same incident, in which she allegedly broke into the home of an unnamed victim, forced the woman into a bathroom and allegedly severely beat her. The City Attorney’s Office is expected to add the additional charges on August 25, when Montana’s case is next on the Los Angeles Superior Court docket.
