Transgender golfer sues LPGA in bid to join tour

NewsCore) – A former male SWAT team member filed a lawsuit in California against the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) after the now transgender woman was denied in her efforts to join the women’s golf tour, her lawyer said Wednesday.

Lana Lawless, the 2008 Women’s Long Drive Association (LDA) champion, claims in her lawsuit that her civil rights have been violated by the LPGA. The LPGA rules state that no one can play on tour unless she was born female.

The LPGA has rejected Lawless’ applications to enter qualifying events. Lawless is legally female after undergoing a sex change operation.

    NOT A WOMAN..

A former swat team member wants to play as a girl? Does ‘she’ hit off the ladies tee? Whether this person has male plumbing or not, still is a male with male muscle and male skeleton. Men play a different game. ‘She’ would have an unfair advantage. No one has the ‘right’ to play any sport. We saw what happened when Annika Sorenstam played in the PGA tournament. I’m so sick of these cry babies foisting their life disappointments on the rest of us. Play the hand you were given and quit whining.

Did I get caught in a time warp, or didn’t Dr. Richard Raskind Renée Richards pave this particular road over thirty-three years ago?

We have to be careful when dealing with the issues that people in his condition are in.

It’s hard to talk about but people who think that they were born the wrong gender are seriously mentally ill. They are most certainly psychotic. They are prone to suicide. It’s got to be a living hell to carry that burden around, so the utmost sympathy should go out to them.

But in the interest of society, we can’t let them dictate to us how society works. This poor person is a man still. A young girl who has bulimia looks in the mirror and sees a far person even though she’s 75 lbs. Her perception of her own body is flawed and she is dangerously not in touch with reality. It is the same thing with transexuals. I honestly don’t know what to do with people who are affected by this condition, but what we shouldn’t do is to pretend that their erroneous perceptions match up with reality.

Jesus loves people like this and for some reason gives them this suffering. If you’re a Christian, we have to figure out how he would have treated them. I suspect that the first thing is to love them. But I also can’t see Jesus letting a person with this sickness participate in events that are meant for women.
