Here it is, 44 weeks after my last surgery:
The surgeon is going to cut along that same scar on Tuesday, but it won’t be as long this time. (That’s what the guy who said “That’s what she said” said.) I’m ambivalent about it: I’m not looking forward to more pain and infirmity, but I’m optimistic that it’s going to fix me up so I can walk normally again.
The best part is that after the surgery, you’ll only have to hear about my stupid knee for another 6-10 weeks and then I should be recovered. Yay!
