During a Fox News interview with Bill O’Reilly that aired Friday, Glenn Beck said he has around fifteen threats against him at any given moment.
“I’ve got about 15, I don’t know what you [Bill O’Reilly] have, but I’ve got about fifteen threats on me at any given time,” Beck said.
O’Reilly added that both he and Beck have heightened security to protect their safety. In an episode of “The O’Reilly Factor” that aired Monday, O’Reilly said, “Far-left loons have attacked me in vile way for years. I have to have security around the clock. Has the New York Times ever said a word about that?”
In the aftermath of last week’s Tucson shooting rampage, Beck released “Beck’s Pledge,” which states, “I denounce violence, regardless of ideological motivation. I denounce anyone, from the left, the right or middle, who believes physical violence is the answer to whatever they feel is wrong with our country.”
