Rack attack: Most scandalous necklines [SLIDESHOW]

Popstar Katy Perry, of which this Daily Caller slideshow creator is a fan, was once self-conscious about being voluptuous.

“When I was a kid . . . I had enormous boobs that I didn’t know what to do with,” Perry reveals in the March issue of Elle. “I wore minimizers, which were not cute.”

Though we understand feelings of insecurity, we believe it’s important to embrace the genetic blessings in one’s life. Thankfully, the ladies in this slideshow certainly had no qualms showing off their goods. If you’ve got it, flaunt it. If not, bask in the loveliness of those that both have it and flaunt it.

Looking at most of these boobettes makes me sooooo sorry that I did not follow some advice I got decades ago: INVEST IN PLASTICS!

As a woman I find it hysterical that even though in this day and age with women’s breasts exposed EVERYWHERE, that men never tire of seeing them!

My grandfather was born in 1902 and I remember him telling me that back in the day if a woman flashed a bit of an ANKLE it would send men right over the edge!

I thought that at some point, (particularly after Madonna’s coffee table book), that men would just reach the saturation point, where NOTHING would excite them anymore, having pretty much seen it all wherever and whenever they wanted to! Comforting to know that they never tire of it I guess! It defies logic.
