Much to our relief, the NFL and its union agreed on a 24-hour extension of their collective bargaining agreement on Thursday, meaning there’s still a chance the season will resume as scheduled rather than be delayed as many worried.

As much as we appreciate the escape of sports, we would miss NFL cheerleaders more than the actual team players if a season halt were to go into effect. NFL pom girls are much prettier, more graceful, and entertaining to watch than intense, perspiring male athletes.
