Porn star Ginger Lee may have spent years searching for a man like New York Rep. Anthony Weiner.
Lee, who tweeted at Weiner long before last week’s erection picture scandal, has apparently been looking for her “trifecta” since 2006.
“You know it’s a good day when you wake up to a DM from @RepWeiner. (I’m a fangirl, y’all, he’s my trifecta of win.),” Lee tweeted on March 13, more than two months before #Weinergate became a story.
According to a 2006 interview, Lee has been on a quest for said trifecta for a while.
“I don’t always have a type,” Lee said. “I’m normally, like, drawn to their personality before I’m drawn to their looks because normally the really cute ones turn out to be assholes. So, I go for the really sweet ones before I go for the really cute ones. I’m still looking for the cute and sweet and awesome combo. I need the trifecta, damn it.”
Weiner could be her trifecta, but according to his June 1 interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, the direct message Lee received was generic and automated.
“I — most likely what she’s referring to is, as a pro forma thing, thank you for following Congressman Anthony — thank you for following me, please stay tuned to AnthonyWeiner.com for updates of other things going on,” Weiner said. “That’s probably what she’s referring to.”
