Former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted this weekend wearing a shirt that was less than flattering to estranged wife Maria Shriver.

While biking in Santa Monica, TMZ reported, Schwarzenegger sported a white t-shirt with the words “It’s time” on the front and “I survived Maria” across the back.

The California first lady’s staff created the shirts at the end of Schwarzenegger’s time in office, according to TMZ. The shirts read “2007-2010,” the length of the governor’s term in office, but Shriver’s staff presented him with one where 2007 had been crossed out with 1977 written above it, representing the length of their relationship.

Shriver separated from Schwarzenegger after 25 years of marriage this May when it was revealed that he had fathered a child with the couple’s former housekeeper. She filed for divorce on July 1, citing irreconcilable differences.

As the couple has repeatedly said that they are on good terms and the divorce is proceeding smoothly, Schwarzenegger’s fashion statement was likely in good-natured jest. But he still attracted attention, with critics questioning whether the shirt was the wisest move so soon after betraying his wife.

i’m a bit suspicious about the shirt. maybe photoshopped. but if not, ooh boy thats funny #$&%@. like everything else in the media, we’re only seeing one side of the story. maybe, just maybe, she was a big painus in the anus to put up with. don’t judge just yet.

The Gov Arnold sponsored a political lie with the Prison Union and it turns out he was living a lie in his marriage. I spent 10 years in California prisons and know the Pelican Bay SHU personally. I wrote a drug war novel Roll Call by Glenn Langohr to show the public the path we are on by incarcerating petty criminals is only breeding bigger ones who are displaced from society when they are released. The U.S is not the leaders of the free world; we are the leaders of the incarcerated world! I started http://www.lockdownpublishing.com  when I got out of prison to help other prisoners change their lives through writing. http://youtu.be/jEQ8Gh1-bFs  Here is the NY Review Kirkus Discoveries, Nielsen Business Media

A harrowing, down-and-dirty depiction—sometimes reminiscent of Steven Soderbergh’s Traffic—of America’s war on drugs, by former dealer and California artist Langohr.

I’m also writing over 50 California prisoners to inspire them to turn their lives around through writing. I want interviews and publicity as I am broke out of prison and can’t afford the regular channels…

He STILL a jerk.  NOTHING’S changed.  Maria is SO much better off without him and so is the state of California, BUT Jerry Brown is NO white knight, that’s for sure!
