One California girl has withdrawn her allegation that Justin Bieber is her child’s baby-daddy.

The case, filed by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater in October, had an initial court date of December 15. The case has since been quietly dismissed, reports TMZ.

The celebrity tabloid outlet also reports that yeater’s legal team has quit, rendering her just one more lonely girl.

“It’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims,” a representative of Bieber said in a statement this month.

Bieber denied the paternity allegations and even agreed to a DNA test to prove he wasn’t the father.

Yeater, who was 19 at the time, could have faced statutory rape charges. Bieber was 16 when she alleged he lost his virginity during their sexual encounter backstage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
