Producers of B.o.B’s hit song “Airplanes” are being hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit by songwriter Christine Dominguez, according to AllHipHop.

Dominguez alleges that  producers Jeremy Dussolliet and Tim Sommers snubbed her out of all the royalties of the Grammy-nominated single.

Dominguez claimed that she contributed to the co-writing of “Airplanes” in 2008 and did not receive compensation or recognition.

The lawsuit claims that B.o.B’s producers knowingly omitted Dominguez’s name as an co-writer of the song, in order to keep all the profit for themselves.
