Four longtime directors on the Yahoo board are stepping down, including chairman Roy Bostock, AllThingsD reported Tuesday, citing sources close to the situation.
The others headed out the door are Hewlett-Packard executive Vyomesh Joshi, Gary Wilson and Arthur Kern.
Yahoo will name new directors to the board to replace those leaving, AllThingsD reported.
