When troubled Amy Winehouse died last year, she left no will behind. But according to other legal documents, her fortune and $4.66 million estate will go to her parents.

CBS News reports that Winehouse left behind  “assets totaling more than 4.25 million pounds ($6.7 million), with 2.94 million pounds ($4.66 million) remaining after debts and taxes.”

The ocuments listed Winehouses’s father, Mitch Winehouse, as the administrator on the estate.  As far as her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil — who she divorced in 2009 — he will get no part of Winehouse’s fortunes.

The 27-year-old British singer was found dead in bed at her home on July 23, 2011 after struggling for years with alcohol and drug abuse. Reports later cited that she died of accidental alcohol poisoning.
