Obama administration senior adviser Valerie Jarrett told The Daily Caller that President Barack Obama “has a terrific track record.”
TheDC asked Jarrett if she thinks GOP presidential front-runner Mitt Romney, whose father was born in Mexico, could garner support from Latino voters in the general election against Obama.
“I think that President Obama is absolutely the right person to be the next president of the United States. He served our country so well,” she told TheDC at a Voto Latino event celebrating diversity in the media on April 27.
“He has a terrific track record. I’ve worked for him. I’m proud to serve in his administration and I think that he will make a wonderful president for a second term and he has my full support.”
