1.) Two guns are better than one — TheDC’s gun giveaway continues, but this week is particularly special: Instead of giving away one gun, we’ll be giving away two. Why? Just because — just because we’re awesome. For details about how to get in the running, click the link above.

2.) A friend in need is a friend indeed —  CNN has fallen on hard times, but The Daily Caller’s Jamie Weinstein (ME!) has a plan to revive the network — 7 shows that will bring the network back from its ratings abyss. Among them:

“‘Crossfire 2.0 w/ James Carville and a Guy on Bath Salts‘ — This has at least two major hooks. One, viewers would first have to figure out which host is on bath salts every episode. Of course, it will always be the host named “guy on bath salts — not Carville — but this would never be immediately obvious. Second, nothing spells excitement more than watching the guy on bath salts eat — or at least attempt to eat — the face of each guest.”

Check out the rest.

3.) Follow the Money? — As the political world waits with bated breath for the Supreme Court to rule from on high on Obamacare, the gambling world is betting that the health care law will be overturned, reports Melissa Quinn for TheDC:

“With the Supreme Court set to make its ruling on Obamacare on Thursday, the prediction market on Intrade has placed its bet, reporting there is a high probability that the individual mandate will be struck down. As of Wednesday night, ‘the world’s leading prediction market’ reports there is a 72.8 percent chance the individual mandate will be ruled unconstitutional — a ruling that would deliver a devastating blow to the Obama administration.”

4.) Sequester feint? — Massive cuts to the Defense Department are set to go into effect in 2013 as a result of the failure of the debt super committee, but the White House doesn’t appear to be planning for them, reports Melissa Quinn for TheDC:

“President Barack Obama’s White House has told at least one defense contractor not to worry — sequestration isn’t really going to happen. According to House Armed Services Committee Chairman Buck McKeon, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Acting Director Jeffrey Zients told Lockheed Martin CEO Bob Stevens not to worry about the potential sequester.”

Hmm. Something strange is going on.

5.) Poll of the Day: Romney cleaning up in ArizonaRasmussen poll of Arizona: Mitt Romney 54%, President Obama 41%.

6.) Tweet of Yesterday — Fake AP Stylebook: I before E except after midnight, or the word will turn into a gremlin.
