CBS News:

Members of Coexistence for Animal Rights confine themselves in a cage as a protest against eating dog meat on Aug. 7, 2012, in Seoul, South Korea. Dog meat is a traditional dish in Korea dating back to the Samkuk period (period of the three kingdoms BC 57 – AD 668). July 15 is the day on which some South Koreans eat dog meat in the belief it will help them endure the heat of the summer months.

Oh, is that why? Hmmmmm…

Well, the important thing is that they’re not putting the dogs on top of cars. Now that’s bad!
