A new Romney Spanish-language television ad links President Obama to Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez, Cuban dictator Fidel Castro’s niece, and Marxist revolutionary Che Guevara, according to a report from The Miami Herald.
Airing in Miami, the Florida paper reports, the ad shows Chavez, Castro’s niece supporting Obama and notes a September incident in which the Environmental Protection Agency erroneously sent a staff-wide email celebrating Hispanic Heritage month with a picture of the Guevera.
The television ad targets Cuban voters in the Miami area.
