‘Gangnam Style’ dance ends in death, a warning for middle-aged men [VIDEO]

The international “Gangnam Style” dance craze is not for the faint of heart.

After breaking it down at his office holiday party in Blackburn, United Kingdom Eamonn Kilbride, 46, died from a heart attack last week after attempting the vigorous horse dance made popular by South Korean rapper PSY, UK’s The Independent reports. Kilbride was a father of three grown children.

The unfortunate death prompted medical professionals to warn middle-aged men not to “stray outside your comfort zone” on the dance floor during the holiday season party circuit.

“The chance that you’ll come to grief is very small. But as with any form of untypical exercise be somewhat measured. Let the lady dance around you,” Professor Bernard Keavney, a consultant cardiologist at Newcastle University, told The Daily Telegraph.
