Lindsay Lohan is due in court Monday to face one of her many charges she racked up during her late 2012 crime spree.

The actress is expected to appear in a New York City courtroom for a Nov. 29 nightclub brawl in which she allegedly punched a Florida psychic in the face, which is of course something Lindsay Lohan would do.

She was charged with third-degree assault and spent the night in jail. Lohan’s attorney says that she is “a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame,” but the woman’s bruised face says that it is the victim of Lohan’s fist.

Prosecutors will decide Monday whether or not to proceed with criminal charges.

In September, Lohan was allegedly attacked by a congressional staffer at her NYC hotel, but the charges against him were dropped.

In October, police were called to Lohan’s childhood home on Long Island after reports of a domestic dispute between the actress and her mother, but no charges were filed.

Lohan is on informal probation for a 2010 jewelry store theft, and could face more jail time if convicted of the assault.
