If you don’t believe Hillary Clinton’s lies about Benghazi, you don’t live in “an evidence-based world”

There’s chutzpah, and then there’s Hillzpah.

Here she is going full Orwell, courtesy of the Associated Press:

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is leaving office with a slap at critics of the Obama administration’s handling of the September attack on a U.S. diplomatic mission in Libya. She told The Associated Press that critics of the administration’s handling of the attack don’t live in an “evidence-based world” and their refusal to “accept the facts” is unfortunate and regrettable for the political system…

“I was so unhappy with the way that some people refused to accept the facts, refused to accept the findings of an independent Accountability Review Board, politicized everything about this terrible attack,” she said…

“There are some people in politics and in the press who can’t be confused by the facts,” she said. “They just will not live in an evidence-based world.”

Like the fact that Libyan Ambassador Christopher Stevens warned of an attack months in advance. Like the evidence that his requests for more security were denied. Like the fact that the Obama administration knew the attack wasn’t caused by some stupid YouTube video, but blamed it anyway. Like the evidence that they’ve done nothing but lie about the whole thing.

Another U.S. embassy was attacked just this morning. Brushing aside Benghazi politically doesn’t make the underlying problem go away. Hillary Clinton might’ve weaseled her way out of yet another jam, but more Americans are going to be murdered by terrorists.

But as she said: What difference does it make?

Four more years.

P.S. Here’s an actual AP headline: “Hillary Clinton Takes a Rest, How Weird Is That?” Yes, we all know how hard she works.

P.P.S. State Dept. Publicized Names, Photos of Stevens’ Benghazi Security Detail Before 9/11/12; Suppressed Their Identities Afterward.
