Jeff Poor has a report up on the always-controversial Ann Coulter, who yesterday told Geraldo Rivera that Margaret Thatcher wanted to teach Sarah Palin “to speak proper English.”
This reminded me of an interview I conducted a couple years ago with Thatcher biographer Claire Berlinski.
Berlinski said Palin was, “obviously a talented politician … [but that] there’s something so ridiculous, however, about Sarah Palin as a serious candidate for the presidency. It’s really a case, almost, of mass psychosis — that anyone could ever have been seriously considering this.”
