The Golden State Warriors needed someone to step up big for injured star David Lee if they were going to remain relevant in the 2013 playoffs.
Harrison Barnes stepped up.
Or, rather, he leapt up.
The rookie forward threw down a vicious two-handed reverse dunk over lankiest-guy-in-the-league candidate Anthony Randolph of the Denver Nuggets.
The slam came early in the fourth quarter with the Warriors up by 10 over Denver who, after Lee’s injury, were supposed to run away with the series.
Got to say, no matter how impressive and important Barnes’ dunk was, Draymond Green’s sideline reaction to the play may have been even more highlight-worthy. The dude was pumped up.
