Activist Adam Kokesh ordered held without bond over D.C. shotgun video

Adam Kokesh — the activist who loaded a shotgun on video in downtown D.C. earlier this month — was ordered held without bond Monday.

Judge Patricia Broderick of D.C. Superior Court said there was probable cause was found to hold him.

Kokesh, 31, has been in jail on drug charges since authorities searched his Herndon, Va., home July 9 and seized 10 weapons — including the shotgun shown in his YouTube video — as well as ammunition, marijuana, mushrooms and other suspected narcotics.
