Maryland governor accidentally says ‘conclusion’ at the end of his speech [VIDEO]

Apparently, Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley will read anything from the teleprompter in front of him, a la Ron Burgundy from “Anchorman.”

O’Malley was giving his State of the State speech on Thursday and as he was wrapping up his speech, he said “conclusion” out loud. He realized that he messed up and cracked a little smile, but his office tried to cover up the mistake, telling National Journal that “[i]t’s just sometimes how he signals he’s ending a speech,” which is totally bogus.

Hopefully, the person in charge of the teleprompter at his next speech will take advantage of this and put some creative, four-letter insults on the screen.
