Everyone needs a twin, even ABC “Good Morning America” anchor George Stephanpoulos. His doppelganger popped up on that cable news network that has been attacking the story of the missing Malaysian plane with all the ferociousness of a bear. And no, we’re not talking about the Lifetime Movie Network, but CNN, where expert Jeff Wise, an author and contributor at Slate, has been showing off his expertise on obscure details surround the missing plane. He aptly wrote Extreme Fear: The Science of Your Mind in Danger. He’s becoming quite the TV hound. Just today he tweeted, “Due to go on @CNN to discuss why #MH370 passengers didn’t use their cell phones, which I wrote about for Slate yesterday.”
