It’s hard to believe that Jon Hamm hasn’t always been the handsome, suave bastard that landed him the role of Don Draper on “Mad Men.”
But back in the day, he was just a 25-year-old dudebro trying to land a date with Mary on “The Big Date.”
Apparently, Hamm’s Don Draper qualities had not been fully developed yet, because Mary rejected him.
Vulture has the entire episode, but this two-minute clip is worth watching just to hear Hamm say that would treat Mary to some “fabulous food, fabulous conversation and a fabulous foot massage.”
