Sir Charles Barkley is an American hero. He was a member of the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Dream Team, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame twice, and he now serves as a commentator on TNT.
He seems to have enough clout with the American people that he can get away with whatever he wants to say. Before the San Antonio Spurs – Portland Blazers game aired on TNT, he took the time to answer some burning questions about the southern Texas city.
He was asked about the women, which set off a long tirade about how fat they are. His fellow panelists erupted in laughter as he described the massive size of females from San Antonio.
He said, “there are some big old women down there … that’s a goldmine for weight watchers … Victoria definitely a secret, they can’t wear no Victoria’s Secret down there … they wear big old bloomers … ain’t nothing skimpy down in San Antonio.”
Of course, Barkley is a spokesperson for weight watchers, so maybe he was just trying to drum up business?
