The New Republic – a once-prestigious liberal journal of opinion that has sadly languished in obscurity for years – has just published a bizarre article about a potential 2016 presidential candidate.
The subtitle of the piece explains that the piece describes “A Journey Through the Poisonous World That Produced a” political star.
In the piece itself, the text below an images of the politician reads: “It was hard to believe that a politician so banal had been the catalyst for such turmoil.”
Crazy stuff.
