Hockey Player Claude Giroux spent a night in Canadian jail.

Philadelphia Flyers captain Claude Giroux spent Tuesday night in jail in Ottawa, Canada after allegedly “repeatedly grabbing the buttocks of a male police officer.” According to CBS Sports.

Alcohol is believed to be involved in the incident.

The police say that they are unable to comment about the situation, but other sources claim that Giroux is expected to be released without any charges.

The Canadian native was at a bar when the incident occurred.
