Kate Upton is no longer a rookie. The bombshell’s career has been booming these past three years, covering Sports Illustrated twice, GQ, and Esquire, after the model was deemed “Rookie of the Year” in 2011.
But the buxom blonde, who recently did an interview with The Talks, hasn’t posed nude yet, and she’s blaming it on social media.

Saying she appreciates nude photos and calling them “art,” Upton didn’t say she wasn’t posing nude because she was worried about the reaction, or nervous about baring it all. It’s because she knows the Internet would ruin it.
“With social media and the Internet and not so great blogs and the attention like that, I don’t think that my pictures would be received in the way that I’d want them to be received. That’s why I’ve stayed away from them.”

“I think social media and the Internet has prevented me from putting myself out there like that.”
The 22-year-old said she is happy to be labeled worldwide as a “bombshell” because it’s where she started. She said her career is growing, but she wants to “do it right” and is taking her time.
“I think that people will see that I have a lot more to offer and a lot more to give.”
