A Burmese beauty queen has been stripped of her title as Miss Asia Pacific World 2014 after she skipped town because the South Korean pageant officials insisted she get a breast enlargement surgery.

Like any good pageant queen would, she took her $100,000 Swarovski-bejeweled tiara with her.

May Myat Noe won the title in May 2014, but officials took her title away after the 18-year-old was allegedly “rude” and “dishonest.” Organizers said they immediately began arranging singing and video deals for her, but also wanted to adjust her looks. By adjust her looks I mean they wanted her to have bigger boobs.

“We thought she should be more beautiful…so as soon as she arrived we sent her to the hospital to operate on her breasts,” David Kim, director of media, said.

Kim said it was his responsibility to make her look better.

Officials notified her this week that she would have to relinquish the title (and crown), so they purchased her a plane ticket home, but she opted for a different route and took an earlier flight home, with said crown in her carry-on.
