QVC has begun their “Countdown to Christmas,” and it’s still over a month away from Halloween.
Is it too early?
FOX 5 TV reports on Kmart’s “Not a Christmas Commercial” showcasing the store’s holiday layaway program:
It has been viewed by more than four million people so far and thousands of them gave it a thumbs up, so clearly some are already in the holiday spirit.
“I think it’s totally fine,” said one person we talked with. “I was just doing budgeting today for Christmas, so I think it’s perfect that getting things out there.”
“If it dilutes the season too much, then it’s no fun at all,” said another. “But if some people need to get prepared that way, let them advertise and folks that want to go in will go in.”
