Fox News hosts Bill O’Reilly and Howard Kurtz slammed MSNBC’s Ronan Farrow for what they saw as a softball interview with Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber Wednesday afternoon.

Kurtz mocked Farrow’s interview skills, saying his nine-year old daughter could have conducted a better interview. (THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM: Obamacare Architect Talks About ‘Basic Exploitation’ Of American Voters)

“Speaking of MSNBC, Jonathan Gruber goes on afternoon show there and talks to Ronan Farrow, who has zero journalistic experience,” Kurtz said.

O’Reilly said “The Factor” invited Gruber to appear on the show, but that he turned down the invitation.

“If you are Dr. Gruber, who are you going to face? Some kid who is 14 years old, or me? Come on,” O’Reilly said.

“My nine-year-old daughter could have conducted a better interview with Jonathan Gruber,” added Kurtz.

“He knew that and that’s why he went there,” O’Reilly responded, agreeing with Kurtz.

Kurtz went on to say Farrow failed miserably in his interview by not asking any follow-up questions wondering what Gruber meant by his comments or if he stood by them still after saying they were “inappropriate.”
