Central Michigan University is going to their sixth college football bowl game in the past nine seasons.
The 7-5 Chippewas will take on the 7-5 Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the inaugural Popeyes Bahamas Bowl on Christmas Eve, and the CMU coaching staff had a little fun announcing their bowl selection to the players on Sunday.

You can tell from the player’s reactions that this band of brothers is more than ready to take on WKU. I imagine they were also fairly pumped about the paid for Bahamian vacation in the middle of winter. Last time I checked, those can get pretty cold up in Michigan.
I haven’t seen this much unbridled joy out of a team since the last time I watched “Hardball.”
