A Florida man has been arrested and charged with felony aggravated battery after violently body-slamming a female colleague.
Travis Mims and Katherine Martin — employees at Holly Hill School (K-8) in Daytona Beach — were playing a 2-on-2 pickup basketball game on Tuesday when things started to get a little chippy. Both faculty members were playing with a student on their team, yet both adults continued to play in an increasingly aggressive manner.
Mims later told police that after Martin complained that he was fouling her, she “pushed his face with her hands,” which left Mims with only one final course of action…

This is a fairly open-and-shut case, and based on the above video, Mims probably won’t have to worry about running into this problem in his next pickup game.
I hear they don’t call fouls in jail.
