Chris Wallace: Hillary Email ‘Bombshell’ Has Dems Questioning 2016 Prospects [VIDEO]

Fox News’ Chris Wallace said Thursday that some Democrats are suddenly questioning a Hillary Clinton “coronation” in the wake of the continuing email situation surrounding the former secretary of state.

Wallace, the host of “Fox News Sunday,” told Jon Scott on “Happening Now” that the recent revelation is a “bombshell” that could hinder the former First Lady’s White House chances.

“This is a a bombshell here in Washington, and the most interesting indication of that is what you are seeing in the Democratic Party among the people who, in a sense,  bet everything on Hillary Clinton,” Wallace told Scott.

“All of the chips are in on Hillary Clinton as the Democratic nominee and now you are beginning to hear some party functionaries, some public officials who are saying, ‘gosh do we want to make it a coronation?’ We don’t know what is coming out of this,” Wallace said. “And we don’t know other shoes to drop on this or other potential scandals. And what if a year from now, we’ve nominated Hillary Clinton and she’s the Democratic nominee and then we find out there is something that disqualifies her as a presidential candidate?”
